摘要
为了增大单变流器的输出电流和功率密度,绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)功率模块往往被并联使用。实际使用过程中电路拓扑结构的不对称对并联模块的均流特性有非常大的影响。研究了电路拓扑结构对并联模块动静态特性的影响,通过不同结构布局的对比,分析了其对并联IGBT功率模块动静态特性的影响。最后提出了在并联IGBT模块的输出端采用耦合电感来实现动静态均流的方法,与采用单独电感相比,实验验证了此方法对并联IGBT功率模块的动静态均流具有明显的优越性。
In order to increase the output current and power density of the converter, the insulated gate bipolar tran- sistor(IGBT) often operates in parallel.In actual working process the asymmetric circuit structure has a very significant effect on the current sharing characteristic.The influence of the parallel IGBT modules dynamic and static charac- teristic are investigated which caused by the circuit structure.Finally,in order to achieve the current balance with the coupled inductor in the output terminal is presented.The experiment verifies the method used in parallel IGBT modules current balance, compared with the traditional single inductor.
