摘要
随着建设工程施工技术的不断进步和发展提升,支架拆除技术已形成了一个普遍的、成熟的施工工艺,已被广泛的应用。本文通过施工技术规范与工程实例的互相结合,对拱桥支架拆除的施工技术进行了浅析。支架拆除,会受到诸多确定及不确定因素的影响,比如地质条件、天气水文、机械设备、混凝土、施工技术等。故而施工的过程中严格把握各技术环节。本文从总体施工流程详细阐述了拱圈,支架拆除工序以及拆除步骤,同时对拱桥支架拆除的方案和监测进行深度研究,确定监测方法,进而达到施工预期目标。
With the development of construction technology, support removal technology became mature, which has been widely used. Combining of construction technical specifications witil engineering cases, this paper analyzes the construction technology of arch bridge support removal. Removal of the support will be affected by a number of uncertainties, such as geological conditions, weather, hydrology, mechanical equipment, concrete, con- struction techniques, etc.. Therefore, the construction process need strictly grasp the technical links. This paper describes the construction process of arch support removal steps and the arch bridge support removal scheme, moni- toring method to achieve the expected goal of construction.
