摘要
改革开放后随着国家发展由计划经济逐渐向市场经济转型,不断增加了与世界其他国家的经济交流与文化沟通,伴随着"一带一路"政策的稳步推进,我国经济必定会得到更加平稳的发展。随着人们生活水平的提高和经济发展的需要,社会各界对公路施工建设提出更高要求,公路施工建设不仅直接影响到地区经济发展,同时更是连接不同国家及地区的重要纽带,在推进国家城市化进程,保证国家经济长效可持续发展等方面具有不可替代的作用。在这种背景下,不断加强公路施工的技术创新及路面施工质量控制就尤为重要,以求从多个方面加强公路施工技术管理的基础工作,不断完善我国公路施工技术管理体系,及时解决实际工作中遇到的问题,为我国经济发展和人们生活便利提供重要保障。
