摘要 以5-(5-碘-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯(5-I-PADAT)为络合剂,以聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-114)为萃取剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定环境水样中痕量铜。优化的试验条件如下:(1)乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液的pH为5.3;(2)1.0×10^(-3) mol·L^(-1) 5-I-PADAT溶液的用量为0.25mL;(3)10g·L^(-1) Triton X-114溶液的用量为1.0mL;(4)水浴加热时间为15min;(5)水浴加热温度为60℃;(6)0.1 mol·L^(-1)硝酸-甲醇溶液的用量为70μL。铜的质量浓度在1.0~14μg·L^(-1)内与其对应的吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.216μg·L^(-1)。方法用于2种环境水样的分析,加标回收率为102%,100%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.5%,4.3%。 GFAAS was applied to the determination of trace amount of copper in environmental water samples with 5-(5-iodine-2-pyridylazo)-2,4-diaminotoluene(5-I-PADAT)as complexing agent and p-octyl polyethylene glycol phenyl ether(Triton X-114)as extracting agent.The optimized conditions found were as follows:(1) pH of buffer solution of acetic acid and sodium acetate:5.3;(2) amount of 1.0×10^(-3) mol·L^(-1) 5-I-PADAT solution:0.25mL;(3) amount of 10g·L^(-1) Triton X-114solution:1.0mL;(4) water bath heating time:15min;(5) water bath heating temperature:60℃;(6) amount of 0.1mol·L^(-1) HNO3-methanol solution:70μL.Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of copper was obtained in the range of 1.0-14μg·L^(-1),with detection limit(3s/k)of 0.216μg·L^(-1).The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 2environmental water samples,giving values of recovery of 102%,100%,and values of RSD′s(n=6)of 4.5%,4.3%.
