摘要
在当前供给侧改革的背景下,战略性新兴产业发展可以推动我国产业转型升级,成为拉动经济增长的动力,而战略性新兴产业的发展需要现代服务业提供辅助支持,因此战略性新兴产业的发展需要和现代服务业实现互动融合。文章从微观、中观和宏观视角对二者互动融合的机理进行分析,并运用基于价值型的投入产出模型对河北省两产业融合进行了测度,提出战略性新兴产业对现代服务业的融合力强,但现代服务业对战略性新兴产业的融合力弱,现代服务业对战略性新兴产业的发展并没有完全发挥作用,二者融合的互动性不足。
At present, development of strategic emerging industries can promote transformation and upgrading of China＇s industries at the background of supply side reform. This becomes driving force of economic growth. However, development of strategic emerging industries needs the support of the modem service industry, so development of strategic emerging industries should realize interaction and integration with modem service industries. This article analysis mechanism of interaction and integration of two industries from the microcosmic, medium and macroscopic perspective. And it measures the interaction and integration of two industries in Hebei province with Input-Output Model based on value. It puts forward integration of strategic emerging industries to modem service industries is strong, but integration of modem service industry to strategic emerging industries is weak. The modern service industries has not fully played its role to the development of the strategic emerging industries. The interaction of fusion between the two industries are not enough.
