摘要
文章基于广州大学城三家孵化器的在孵科技企业的调研数据,探讨科技企业特征对孵化器服务的需求,运用SPSS19.0统计分析软件,采用T检验和单因素方差分析。研究结果表明:女性负责人的科技企业更重视政策支持服务;年轻管理团队、成立时间在不到1年和超过9年的科技企业对孵化器服务的需求程度更旺;员工规模在一定意义上影响其对孵化器服务的需求;不同营业额的科技企业对融资和创业服务需求程度呈现显著差异;科技企业的不同发展阶段对融资服务的需求存在出显著的不同。总体而言,科技企业对孵化器提供的各项服务都表现出较高的需求,但最重要的服务需求是政策支持服务、基础服务和创新服务。研究结论对我国科技企业孵化器建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this work the survey data was taken from three technological enterprises being cultivated by incubators in Guangzhou higher education mega center, to explore the demand of the enterprises with various characteristics for incubator service, SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software, T test and single factor variance analysis were used. The results showed that the technological enterprises with female head attached more importance to policy support provided by incubator; the young management teams, less than 1 year or nine-year-old companies had great demand for the services provided by incubator. Staff size in a certain sense affected their demand for the services. There are significant differences in financing and pioneering work service requirement raised by technological enterprises with different turnovers; technological enterprises during different developing stages showed significant differences in demand for financing services. Overall, the technological enterprises proposed relatively high requirement for services provided by the incubator, while the most important was policy support, basic services and innovative service. The conclusion provided a reference for the development of technological enterprise incubators.
