摘要
某历史老建筑内部结构老化损坏严重,但外立面的清水红砖、石材装饰却雕刻精美,为典型的欧洲古典主义风格,具有很高的艺术价值。在保留原有建筑风格且能满足使用需求的前提下,对外墙进行了修复性的加固。通过对马牙槎、内衬墙、扶壁柱、圈梁等的施工,并对外墙风化部位和裂缝进行修补处理,完整地保护了外墙,为历史老旧建筑的修缮与加固提供了借鉴。
The internal structure of an old historic building has been badly damaged, however the fair-faced red brick masonry and stone decoration of external facade were exquisitely carved, which is typical European classicism and has high artistic value. Under the premise of reserving the original architectural style and meeting the requirements of application, the external wall has been repaired and reinforced. The external wall has been fully protected through the construction of stubble, inner wall, buttress, ring beam, etc., and remedial treatment of its weathering parts and cracks, which can provide a reference for repair and reinforcement of the old historic buildings.
