摘要
气流分布的均匀性是评判顶燃式热风炉蓄热室容积利用率的重要标准,直接影响到蓄热室的蓄热量和送风温度。采用数值模拟方法,应用标准k-ε模型、多孔介质模型求解了顶燃式热风炉的动量方程和能量方程,并进一步研究了蓄热室顶部不同结构对气流分布的影响。结果表明,传统平顶蓄热室气流分布呈现边缘速度大、中间速度小的趋势;将蓄热室顶部改为四周高、中间低的凸顶结构后,气流分布均匀度得到改善。
The uniformity of airflow distribution is a key criterion of volume utilization ratio in top combustion hot stove checker chamber,which directly influences the heat storage capacity and hot blast temperature.The momentum and energy equations of a top combustion hot stove were solved by the numerical simulation with the standard k-εmodel,and porous medium model,and the influence of checker chamber structure on the airflow distribution was also researched.The results showed that the airflow distribution in the traditional checker chamber with flat roof presented the tendency of higher edge speed and lower center speed,when changing the structure of the checker chamber to the convex top with higher around and lower center,the flow distribution improved significantly.
