摘要
矿区变电站是整个矿区电网的重要节点,担负着矿区电能的传输、变压、分配、保护、控制和管理的重任,是整个矿区人民生活和井下生产的动力基础。在矿区变电站设备巡检过程采用巡检机器人替代传统人工巡检大大提升了变电所站设备的可靠性和安全性,为矿区提供优质生产和生活的供电服务保障。在分析煤炭行业发展形势和矿区变电站设备巡检技术的基础上,首先对巡检机器人的巡检线路、巡检设备及定点巡检区域进行分析,然后设计矿区变电站巡检机器人组成结构,并详细设计矿区变电所巡检机器人巡检体移动系统控制系统和摄像头角度调节电机驱动电路,最后对矿区巡检机器人的工作流程进行设计。
Mining area substations are the important nodes of mining area power grid. Mining area substations, which take the responsibility of power transmission and transformer for the mining area, distribution, protection, control and management, provide the power for people's life and production. Using patrol robots to replace traditional manual inspection is greatly increased the reliability and security of substation station equipment. The development of coal industry and substation equipment inspect technology are analyzed. The inspection route, areas, and equipments of patrol robot are analyzed, and the structure of patrol robot is designed. Its movement control system and motor drive circuit for adjusting camera angle are designed.
