摘要
根据采煤机行星减速器的原理图,分析行星轮受力和所受到的转矩情况,通过文献得到太阳轮与行星轮的相关数据以及经验公式;进行数学建模,经过推导得到行星轮的数学模型;利用MATLAB软件对行星轮的数学模型进行仿真,得到采煤机行星轮的受力和转矩的关系变化曲线,并加以分析。
Based on the principle of coal winning machine planetary reducer, planetary wheel force and torque of the situation,through the literature to get the sun and planets round of relevant data and empirical formula;Then mathematical modeling, through the mathematical model of planetary wheel was derived;by using MATLAB software to the simulation of mathematical model of the planetary wheel, planetary wheel force of shearer and the relationship curve of the torque, and analysed.
