移动式上向反井钻机主推油缸漏油原因分析和结构优化

摘要 移动式上向反井钻机在井下运输到施工现场安装时,主机动力部与履带移动系统用连杆联接,二级推力油缸收缸,拉着动力部沿立柱滑轨向底座滑动,使主机翻转至钻孔状态,底座油缸支撑地面。在主机翻转起架过程中推力油缸经常出现漏油现象,造成液压油的浪费和对工作环境的污染,同时存在安全隐患。通过分析主推油缸漏油的原因,对移动式上向反井钻机二级主推油缸连接结构进行了优化,消除设备工作安全隐患。 When the mobile upward drilling rig is transported to the construction site ,connecting the power head of the host with the connecting rod of the crawler mobile system,two stage thrust cylinder, pull the power part to slide along the column slide rail to the base ,turn the host to the drill hole, base cylinder support ground. In the process of overturning the main engine ,the oil leakage phenomenon often occurs ,waste of hydraulic oil and pollution to working environment ,at the same time there are security risks. By analyzing the reason of oil leakage,the connection structure of the two main oil pushing cylinder of the moving upward reverse drilling rig,eliminate the hidden dangers of equipment safety.
