摘要
悬吊式超前支护装置可沿着巷道顶板轨道行走,同时具有超前临时支护和辅助运输功能,其中辅助运输功能结构设计的合理性直接影响该装置的适用范围与整机的安全性。针对目前该类产品体积大、强度低等问题,设计2种辅助运输方案:主机一体式和主机牵引式,并从运输重量、结构强度、稳定性以及吊装劳动强度等方面进行了综合对比分析,结果表明主机牵引运输小车是最优的辅助运输方案。
Suspensory advanced support device advanced support and auxiliary transport function, that can walk along the roadway roof rail, with the rationality of the design of auxiliary transport function structure directly affects the scope of application and the safety of the whole machine. Aiming at the problems of large volume and low strength, designs two kinds of auxiliary transportation scheme: host integration and host traction, the comprehensive analysis and comparison are made from the aspects of transportation weight, structural strength, stability and hoisting labor intensity, the results show that the host traction is the optimized auxiliary transportation scheme.
