Study on Curative Effect of Titanium Elastic Nail in the Mini-invasive Surgical Treatment of Infantile Femoral Shaft Fractures

摘要 目的探讨弹性髓内针微创治疗小儿股骨干骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取2014年10月—2015年12月在长春市儿童医院外科二疗区进行弹性髓内针微创治疗的股骨干骨折患儿96例作为观察组,选取2014年10月以前用传统手术治疗的股骨干骨折患儿96例作为对照组,比较两组患儿的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间和并发症发生率。结果观察组患儿的术中出血量为(49.3±11.5)m L,手术时间为(59.5±3.4)min,住院时间为(7.5±1.8)d,骨折愈合时间为(8.3±1.1)周,并发症发生率为2.1%,对照组患儿的术中出血量为(177.3±13.6)m L,手术时间为(92.4±3.7)min,住院时间为(13.5±2.2)d,骨折愈合时间为(12.5±1.5)周,并发症发生率为12.5%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性髓内针微创治疗小儿股骨干骨折的临床治疗效果满意,具有术中出血量少、手术时间短、住院时间短、骨折愈合时间短等优点,值得在临床上大力推广应用。 Objective To study the curative effect of titanium elastic nail in the mini-invasive surgical treatment of infantile femoral shaft fractures. Methods 96 cases of children treated with titanium elastic nail mini-invasive surgery in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, and 96 cases of children treated with traditional operation before October 2014 were selected as the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time, length of stay, fracture healing time and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Observation group with intraoperatie blood loss for(49.3±11.5)mL, surgery time is (59.5± 3.4) min, length of hospital stay (7.5±1.8) d, fracture healing time of (8.3±1.1) for weeks, the incidence of complications was 2.1%, the control of children with intraoperatie blood loss for (177.3±13.6)mL, surgery time is (92.4±3.7) min, length of hospital stay(13.5±2.2) d, fracture healing time of (12.5±1.5) for weeks, the incidence of complications was 12.5%, compared two groups was statistically significant difference (P〈0.05).Condusion The clinical effect of titanium elastic nail in the mini-invasive surgical treatment of infantile femoral shaft fractures is satisfactory with less intraoperative bleeding amount, short operative time, short length of stay and short fracture healing time, which is worth great promotion and application in clinic.
