摘要
2017年6月,黑龙江某规模化猪场发生严重呼吸道与消化道疾病。为了探究其发病原因,试验采用病原菌分离及PCR方法对病原进行了鉴定,并针对其进行了药敏试验。结果由发病猪体内分离到沙门氏菌,PCR结果显示该猪场猪气喘病为阳性,药敏试验显示该猪场沙门氏菌对磷霉素、卡那霉素及庆大霉素敏感性较高。该猪场发病病因为猪支原体和沙门氏菌混合感染。本试验结果对临床诊断和治疗提供了参考。
In June 2017, a large scale pig farm in Heilongjiang occurred with severe respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. In order to explore its pathogenesis, the pathogen was identified by pathogen isolation and PCR method, and the drug susceptibility test was carried out.
