摘要
试验研究了无取向电工钢中晶粒抑制剂的分布及尺寸规律,通过对CSP生产的无取向电工钢热轧板金相组织、沉淀析出物进行观察分析表明,CSP流程中的热轧板中的氧化物夹杂相比传统厚板坯连铸生产的热轧板中的氧化物夹杂细小,分布均匀;CSP流程中较高的终轧温度可以使晶粒发生充分的再结晶和长大,热轧板组织为相对粗大的等轴铁素体,改善了最终产品的织构组成,从而对最终产品的磁感性能产生重大影响。
The size and distribution of the grain inhibitors in non-oriented electrical steel were studied,and the microstructure and precipitates of the hot rolled plate of non-oriented electrical steel produced by CSP were observed. The results showed that compared with the hot rolled plate produced by the conventional thick slab continuous casting,the oxide inclusions in the hot rolled plate produced by CSP process were finer and the distribution was more uniform. The high finish rolling temperature for CSP process can cause the full recrystallization and grain growth,and the structure of the hot rolled plate was relatively coarse equiaxed ferrite,which can improve the composition of the texture of the final product,and has a significant impact on the performance of magnetic induction.
