壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理制革废水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用稀土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理制革废水,探讨了复合絮凝剂处理制革废水的处理工艺及最佳处理条件,采用单因素试验法研究了复合絮凝剂的浓度、p H、温度、搅拌时间对制革废水中总铬、化学需氧量(COD)、浊度的去除率的影响。结果表明:复合絮凝剂处理制革废水的最佳条件为:稀土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂浓度为0.25g/L,p H值为7,温度为30~40℃,搅拌时间为10~20min,与聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁相比,壳聚糖复合絮凝剂在废水处理中表现出明显优势。 The rare earth-chitosan composite flocculants were used to treat tannery wastewater, the treatment process and optimum processing conditions were discussed. Effect of the composite flocculants concentration, pH value, temperature and stirring time on the removal rate of chrome, chemical oxygen demand(COD) and turbidity were studied with single-factor experiment method. Results show that the optimum treatment conditions are as follows, the chitosan composite flocculants dosage is 0. 25g/L, pH value is 7, temperature is 30-40℃, and stirring time is 10-20min. The rare earth-chitosan composite flocculants show significant advantages compared with poly aluminium chloride and polyferric sulfate.
