摘要
大型超市的自选商品模式迎合了如今快速发展的经济水平,便捷了人们的衣食住行,也增加了人们选择商品的多样化。但由于大型超市商品繁杂,员工人数较多,员工管理难度大等问题,所以加强员工激励、改善超市内部系统管理成为解决管理问题的关键。
The model of self catering commodities in large supermarkets caters to the rapid development of the economy nowadays, and it is convenient to people's basic necessities of life. At the same time, it also increases the diversification of people's choice of goods. However, the complexity of the large supermarket and the large number of employees, and difficult staff management are inevitable. Therefore, strengthening staff motivation and improving the internal system management of supermarkets has become the key to solve the management problems.
