光照射疗法对创面愈合影响的研究现状及进展 被引量:3

摘要 创面愈合是机体在损伤后自我修复的自然过程。创面愈合的过程涉及多种生物学效应,包括上皮细胞增殖,成纤维细胞增殖,血管重建和伤口收缩。然而,许多内部和外部因素都会影响创面愈合的速度和质量。不适当的条件可能会延缓创面愈合过程,造成慢性创面或者瘢痕形成。光照射疗法具有促进创面愈合、改善创面愈合质量的作用。在光照射疗法中,研究较为深入、应用较为广泛的是弱激光疗法。近几年,远红外线疗法、碳光子疗法也被发现具有促进创面愈合、改善创面愈合质量的作用。 Wound healing is a natural process of body reaction to repair itself after injury, which involves several biolog- ical effects ,such as epithelial proliferation, fibroblast proliferation, revascularization, and wound contraction. Nonetheleas, many internal and external factors affect the speed and quality of wound healing. The unsuitable conditions may delay wound healing process and cause chronic wound or scar formation. Light irradiation therapy can promote wound healing and improve wound healing quality. In the light irradiation therapy, low level laser therapy is more extensive and widely used. In recent years, far infrared therapy, carbon photon therapy have also been found to be able to promote wound healing and improve the quality of wound healing.
