摘要
圆锥滚子轴承作为分离式轴承在变速箱中成对使用时,需对其进行轴向预紧。在乘用车变速箱中圆锥滚子轴承主流的预紧方式为定位预紧,轴承供应商一般根据经验提供预紧量。文章基于采用定位预紧的一对圆锥滚子轴承,提出了一种预紧量计算方法。
When segregate tapered roller bearings used in pairs in gearboxes, axial preload is necessary. In the area of gearboxes of passenger cars, positioning preload is mostly used when preloading tapered roller bearings. In general, bearing suppliers will offer reference values on preloading amount according to their experience. This paper presents a kind of calculational methods based on a pair of positioning preloaded tapered roller bearings.
