摘要
医学留学生培养已成为我国高等医学教育领域中的一个崭新课题,探索适应国际化人才培养目标的留学生实验教学课程体系具有十分重要的现实意义。通过结合国内多数医学院校的留学生教育,分析了在留学生实验教学中存在的问题,提出了教学改革的策略和方法,指出改革的目标在于不断提高教学质量和培养与国际接轨的高素质人才,改革的核心在于增强学生自主学习能力和创新能力,促进学生理论与实践更好的结合。
Medical education for international students has become an important component of higher medical education in China.It is of great significance to research on the experimental teaching system which adapt to the training goal of international talents. This article combines the condition of most medical school in China,analyzes existing problems in the experimental course of foreign students, and has raised the strategy of the teaching reform and approach as well. The reform will be aimed at con-stantly improving teaching quality and cultivating international standard and high quality talents. The core of educational reform lies in enhancing students’ autonomous learning ability and innovation abili-ty ,promoting the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice.
