摘要
突出的环境问题非但阻碍了科学发展,而且对群众的身体健康造成了巨大的损害。因此,面对生态文明建设和美丽中国等多项重大的生态工程建设,加强环境执法具有重要性,同时也具有针对性。然而在现今环境执法的过程当中,往往存在着因团队建设不足、执法能力差所带来的诸多使执法任务更加艰巨的问题亟待解决。本文将从执法现状出发,试讨论加强执法人员能力的建设方案。
The prominent environmental problems have not only hindered scientific development, but also caused great damage to the health of the masses. Therefore, in the face of ecological civilization construction and beautiful China and many other major ecological engineering construction, to strengthen environmental law enforcement is of importance, but also targeted. However, in today’s environmental law enforcement process, there are often due to lack of team building, poor law enforcement capacity brought about by the law enforcement tasks more difficult problems to be solved. This paper will start from the status quo of law enforcement to discuss the strengthening of law enforcement personnel capacity of the construction program.
