摘要
本文利用全自动消解仪代替传统电热板消解对土壤样品进行前处理,结合火焰光度法,建立新的土壤中全钾含量的测定方法。结果表明,此方法方便快捷、回收率高、准确度高、提高了检测效率、节省了人力。
Traditional electric heating plate was replaced by automatic digestion equipment to pre-treat soil samples in this paper. By using flame photometric method, a new determination method of total potassium in soil samples was established.Results showed that this method featured convenient and quick, high recovery and accuracy rate, better experiment efficiency and labor saving.
