锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁四点弯曲力学行为数值分析

摘要 为进一步研究锈蚀状态下钢筋混凝土梁弯曲试验下其力学行为等相关性能分析,本文基于已有的试验结果,构造与钢筋锈蚀率有关的钢筋—混凝土界面的粘结性能退化模型。并使用ANSYS有限元软件,进一步建立钢筋混凝土梁有限元模型。利用该模型,对锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁在外荷载作用下的力学行为进行数值模拟,并与试验结果进行对比。结果发现:数值模拟得到的锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的荷载—挠度曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,证实了本文有限元模型分析锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能研究的可行性。论文最后还进一步分析了跨中混凝土与钢筋的应力分布、跨中混凝土与钢筋的应变分布、钢筋与混凝土之间的相对位移以及锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁破坏时的裂缝分布等,旨在更深入地研究钢筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁弯曲力学行为的影响,从而能更加具体深入地研究钢筋混凝土结构耐久性。 In order to further study the mechanical behavior of corroded reinforced concrete beams subjected to bending tests,based on the present test results,a bond degradation model of steelconcrete interface was established. And the finite element model of reinforced concrete( RC) beams was established by ANSYS software. The mechanical behavior of corroded RC beams under external loads was numerically simulated and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the load-deflection curves of the corroded RC beams obtained by the numerical simulation are in good agreement with the experimental curves,which proves the feasibility of the finite element model for the analysis of the flexural behavior of corroded RC beams. At the end of the paper,the stress and strain distribution of the concrete and steel bar,the relative displacement between the steel bar and concrete and the crack distribution of the corroded RC beam were analyzed so as to further research the effect of steel corrosion on the bending behavior of reinforced concrete beams and thedurability of reinforced concrete structures.
