摘要
以某动车组齿轮箱吊杆为研究对象,依据ASME V&V标准对建立的吊杆有限元模型进行网格精度校核,并在此基础上对吊杆在极限载荷下的静强度进行计算分析。通过分析结果与试验结果的对比,验证齿轮箱吊杆有限元模型的可靠性。
Taking a gearbox suspender of EMU as the research object,the mesh accuracy of the finite element model for the suspender is verified according to the ASME VV,and the suspender static strength under ultimate load is analyzed. The analysis results are compared with the test results,and the reliability of the finite element model of the suspender is validated.
