摘要 针对VRLA蓄电池开路故障,基于Thevenin电池模型,结合蓄电池内部结构,建立一种新的蓄电池分解模型。通过对电池金属部件做破坏性实验,研究蓄电池开路现象与模型参数之间关系。实验表明:电池极柱腐蚀、极耳腐蚀断裂造成蓄电池内阻明显增大;欧姆内阻、极化内阻、极化电容可用作为诊断蓄电池开路的标志参数。 In allusion to the problem of diagnosis on fault of open circuit of VRLA storage battery, a new kind of decomposi-tion model for the storage battery was built based on Thevenin battery model and internal structure of the storage battery. By means of destructive experiment on metal parts of the battery, relationship between open circuit and model parameters was studied. The experiment indicates pole corrosion and tab corrosion of the battery has caused significant enhancement of internal resistance of the storage battery. In addition, Ohm internal resistance, polarized internal resistance and capacitance can be taken as mark parameters for diagnosing open circuit of the storage battery.
