摘要
社区矫正在调动社会积极性、帮助社区服刑人员悔过自新等方面取得了良好成效,但我国社区矫正制度及其配套措施不完善,制约了社区矫正功能的实现。本文以S省社区矫正运行情况为研究对象,通过对S省社区矫正现状、问题及影响因素的分析,结合司法现状提出了加强社区矫正工作的若干对策建议。
Community correction has made great achievements in mobilizing the enthusiasm of all sectors of society and helping the community prisoners to repent of themselves. However,the community correction system and the supporting measures are not perfect,which restricts the realization of community correction function. Based on the analysis of the status quo,problems and influencing factors of the community correction in S province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the community correction work in the light of the judicial situation.
