摘要
介绍了潮州电厂1 000 MW机组凝结水泵由工频改为变频后,在某一转速区振动严重超标的问题,针对该项问题分析了其原因,通过采取针对性的检修措施,有效降低了凝结水泵的振幅,为凝结水泵长周期、安全可靠运行提供了保障。
The problem of Chaozhou Power Plant 1 000 MW unit condensate pump over-vibration in certain speed range after changing from power frequency to frequency conversion was introduced. Causation was analyzed. After inspection measueremnts,vibrating amplitude was effectively reduced. This plan is simaple and reliable. Which ensured the safety and reliability of condensate pump long-term operation.
