摘要
利用相关分析和多元回归分析来分析多个因素与自主创新能力的关联性,指出,河北省政府科技投入中重要指标对自主创新能力的关联度大小依次为规模以上工业企业专利申请授权量、规模以上工业企业R&D人员当时量、规模以上工业企业R&D经费、规模以上工业企业新产品开发经费、财政科学技术支出、专利申请授权量。
The ability of independent innovation is an important index to promote economic development, and the government＇s investment in science and technology is the premise and important guarantee for independent innovation.Most of the scholars study the relationship between government＇s investment in science and technology and independent innovation is from the macro level, This paper from the government science and technology input and output aspects to study its effect on the ability of independent innovation, namely, using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship between multiple factors and the ability of independent innovation, then according to the relation degree between factors to illustrate the importance of government investment in science and technology to innovation.
