摘要
以异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料合成了一系列具有良好球形形态的P(NIPAM-co-AA)响应性颗粒;采用SEM和FTIR对制备的P(NIPAM-co-AA)颗粒进行了表征;调控了颗粒中的单体比例,考察了单体比例对颗粒乳化性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着P(NIPAM-co-AA)颗粒中羧基含量的增加,乳液液滴变大;p H调控下的乳化性能研究确认了羧基对P(NIPAM-co-AA)颗粒乳化性质的影响。进一步制备了聚合物复合磁性颗粒,实现了乳液液滴的磁驱动和油水分离。
A series of P(NIPAM-co-AA) responsive particles with different monomer ratios were synthesized by the radical polymerization of N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM) and acrylic acid(AA). The morphologies and compositions of the as-prepared particles were characterized by SEM and FTIR,respectively. The emulsification of particles in oil/water was dependent on the monomer ratio,resulting in the bigger emulsion droplets with more content of AA,which was confirmed by changing p H value in emulsion. Furthermore,magnetic hybrid particles were prepared via the copolymerization with monomers and the modified magnetic particles,exhibiting the functionality of separating the mixture of oil and water,and the recyclability.
