摘要
在中国绘画与民间年画中,都有大量的鸡形象。它们在"入画"源流上明显有着雅俗两套不同的传统,但以此作为尺度来进行比较的研究还较为鲜见。鸡形象在年画中呈现出符号化的特点;以阅读习惯、观看方式与记忆途径等角度考察,鸡年画在中国绘画的参照下敞开了更为意趣丰满的阐释空间。鸡形象在两套传统下的比较讨论,为艺术史视域中的民俗图像解读做了新的尝试。
Images of the rooster often appear in traditional Chinese painting and folk New Year painting. The two-salient cultural origins, elegant or popular, have not been studied thoroughly and are worthy of investigation. The feature of rooster in the New Year painting is characteristic, in views of its reading habits, visual impact and impression. Thus, New Year painting of Rooster opened a more intriguing and richer interpretation in the context of traditional Chinese painting. This article compared images of the rooster from two sets of traditions and therefore attempted to understand its origin in folklore art in the realm of art history.
