摘要
随着经济全球化的日益发展,英语的使用越来越广泛。当代大学生的英语水平决定着以后社会生活的交际范围和工作选择宽度。然而,我国大学生只是在应试教育的英语考试中能够取得好的成绩,在实际交流英语中仍存在许多问题,因此,培养能够拥有综合能力的英语高素质人才成为教育的关键。随着慕课的发展,我国教育也紧跟时代潮流,将慕课融入传统的教学模式中。从慕课的概念着手,分析我国慕课的发展现状和趋势、慕课教学模式的意义以及如何将慕课与传统教育相结合,从而推动慕课在英语教学中的发展,提高学生的英语写作能力。
With the increasing development of economic globalization, English gets widely used. The English level of contemporary college students determines their communicative scope in social life and the width of work selection. However, there are still many problems in the actual communication among college students who can just achieve good results in the exam papers in the examination-oriented education. Therefore, the key of English education is to cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive abilities. With the development of MOOCs, the education in China also follows the trend of the times by integrating MOOCs into the traditional teaching mode. This paper, starting from the concepts of MOOCs, analyzes the development status and trend, the significance of combining it with the traditional education, the functions of promoting the development of English teaching, and explores ways of improving, students＇ English writing, ability.
