旅游产业在发展,并且已成为我国经济发展中不可缺失的产业之一。在经济全球化发展的背景下,越来越多的不稳定因素影响着旅游产业的发展。旅游危机事件网络舆情机制的建立,能有效帮助管理人员及时了解舆情的变化情况,及时制订措施应对舆情危机事件,提高旅游危机事件的管理效果,更好地为旅游者提供服务。
The tourism industry is developing under way, and has become one indispensable industry in China's economic development. Under the background of economic globalization, more and more unstable factors influence the development of the tourism industry. The establishment of th network public opinion mechanism for the tourism crisis can help administrative staff to timely understand the change of public opinion, to make timely measures to deal with public opinion crisis events, to improve the effects of tourism crisis management, and to better provide service for tourists.
