摘要
为了揭示天然橡胶(NR)高温疲劳性能与硫化特性的关系,采取屈挠疲劳模式,考察了NR硫化胶100℃下的疲劳寿命与普通硫化体系(CV)、半有效硫化体系(SEV)、CV^SEV过渡体系及工艺正硫化时间(t_(90))、理论正硫化时间(t_(100))的关系,并与25℃的性能进行对比。研究结果表明:硫化时间采取t_(90)时,25℃下普通硫化体系(CV)的疲劳寿命最高,100℃下半有效硫化体系(SEV)的最高;不同配方的硫化胶,100℃下的屈挠疲劳寿命均高于25℃下的;25℃下疲劳时,硫化时间以t100为佳,100℃下疲劳时,硫化时间以t_(90)为佳。
In order to reveal the relationship between the high temperature fatigue properties of NR and curing characteristics, the effects of Conventional Vulcanization (CV),CV-SEV, Semi Effective Vulcanization (SEV) and t90 ,t100 curing time on the high-temperature fatigue life (at 100 ℃) of NR compounds were studied by flex cracking fatigue, and were compared with the data at 25 ℃. The results showed that the highest fatigue life of CV was highest at 25 ℃, while at 100 ℃ it was the one of SEV. For these different NR compounds, their fatigue life at 100℃ was higher than that of the one at 25℃. And t100 should be chosen as the curing time when it was fatigued at 25 ℃, while it was t90 when fatigued at 100 ℃.
