摘要
车用空调涡旋式压缩机阀片工作在交变载荷及高温环境中,阀片的性能及寿命影响整机性能。基于此,使用Star-CCM及ABAQUS软件作为流固耦合平台,建立了阀片的流固耦合双向仿真模型,在压缩机最大排气压力工况条件下得到了阀片的结构应力分布云图;基于Miner准则使用MSC.fatigue软件预测了在修正S-N曲线条件下的阀片疲劳寿命。为复杂工况条件下结构的疲劳寿命预测提供了较好的分析理论与方法。
Compressor valve of automotive air conditioning scroll works in alternating load and high temperature environment, the performance and service life of the valve plate affect the performance of the whole machine. This paper uses Star-CCM and ABAQUS software as fluid-solid coupling platform, and establishes the model. Under the condition of the maximum exhaust pressure of the compressor, the structural stress map was computed; Based on the Miner criterion, the fatigue life of the valve was predicted by MSC.fatigue software under the modified S-N curve. It provides a good theory and method for predicting the fatigue life of structures under complex working conditions.
