摘要
钢球是滚动轴承的重要零部件,表面缺陷会影响工作精度。国内钢球表面缺陷的检测主要依靠人工目测,人工检测容易受到人为因素影响,检测效率低。该课题研究设计了一款钢球表面缺陷检测设备,完成了辊式筛选装置、图像获取装置、钢球不良品筛选装置的机构设计,并对辊式筛选装置进行了运动分析和计算。该设备能够实现钢球的自动上料,分级,检测,筛选不良品等功能,完成钢球表面缺陷的检测。
Steel ball is an important component of rolling bearings, and the surface defects of steel ball will affect the accuracy of work. The detection of domestic steel ball surface defects mainly relies on manual eyeballing which is vulnerable to human factors and leads to low detection efficiency. This paper designs a kind of detection equipment of steel ball surface defect, fulfills the mechanism design of roller screening de- vice, image acquisition device, as well as the screening device for bad products, and it also analyzes and calculates the roller sorting device. This equipment can realize the function of automatically feeding, grad- ing, detecting as well as selecting the bad products, and it completes the detection of the surface defects of the steel ball.
