摘要
目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合综合护理治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法将医院2014年5月至2016年12月收治的120例小儿肺炎患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患儿均采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,在此基础上,对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,观察组患儿给予综合护理干预。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部罗音消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理总满意度为90.00%,显著高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著,可有效改善患儿各项临床症状及体征,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated nursing combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation for treating infantile pneumonia. Methods Totally 120 children patients with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The two groups were given budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy,on this basis,the control group was given conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was given the integrated nursing intervention. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The antipyretic time,cough relieving time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The total nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 90. 00%,which was significantly higher than 71. 67% of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated nursing combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation has significant efficacy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,shorten the hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
