摘要
在当今强调质量、安全、有效、及时的以患者为中心的医疗服务模式下,由病理、影像、放疗、内科、外科等多学科专家参与的肿瘤患者诊治联合门诊,对疾病能进行精确的分期、分类,实现患者拟定个性化、规范化精准治疗的目的,是肿瘤治疗最有效的医疗路径,已成为多数肿瘤治疗模式的首选,也是临床肿瘤教学的重要部分。研究生通过参与MDT门诊,不断将多个学科的知识积累、丰富,在实践中融会贯通,学以致用,在学习肿瘤疾病诊治技能。
In today＇s patient-centeredness medical service mode which emphasis on quality, safety, effective and timely, multidisciplinary experts including pathologist, medical imaging specialists, radiotherapy specialists, internist and surgeon, participate in multi-disciplinary Treatment outpatient service to make sure the staging and classification of disease can accurate, and given the personalized, precision and standardization treatment. It is the most effective medical path and has become mor~ and more popular. Meanwhile, it is an important parts of clinical oncology graduate program education. For graduate students through participating in MDT outpatient service, they can accumulate multi-discipline and multi-function knowledge constantly to apply them, achieve clinical skills, improve clinical scientific research ability, master medical humanities feelings and grasp medical humanities feelings view.
