摘要
目的对急性心肌梗死患者接受优质护理的临床效果进行研究分析,为临床护理服务提供依据。方法 2012年11月—2014年8月我院对80例急性心肌梗死患者进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和观察组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用优质护理,对两组的护理情况进行比较分析,对比患者的住院时间、满意度、康复情况等。结果使用我院自制的评分表对患者的护理情况进行评价,观察组的临床护理满意度是97.5%,对照组的临床护理满意度是70.0%,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者接受优质护理的临床效果比较突出,能够让患者的住院时间缩短,让临床护理质量提升,让护理人员满意度提升,为改善患者的生活质量提供帮助。
Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and to provide basis for clinical nursing service. Methods From November 2012 to August 2014, 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed in our hospital, patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with high quality nursing, the nursing situation of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the hospitalization time, satisfaction degree and rehabilitation status of the patients were compared. Results Using self-made scale to evaluate the nursing care of patients, the clinical nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.5%, the clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group was 70.0%, there were significant differences, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction is more prominent, can shorten the hospitalization time of patients, to enhance the quality of clinical nursing, make nursing staff satisfaction, help to improve the quality of life of patients.
