摘要
目的研究分析改善医院图书馆管理工作的有效策略。方法收集近年来关于医院图书馆管理的相关文献报道,结合我院具体情况,综合改善我院图书馆管理的相关工作。然后在改善前后各选取50名医护人员,调查医护人员对图书馆管理工作的满意度。结果改善后,医护人员对我院图书馆管理工作的总体满意度有明显提升。结论通过改善管理制度、提升人员综合素质等方式,可有效提高医院图书馆管理工作效率。
Objective To study and analyze the effective strategies to improve the management of hospital library. Methods Relevant literatures about hospital library management in recent years were collected, and combine with the specific situation of our hospital to comprehensively improve the related work of library management in our hospital. 50 health care workers before and after the improvement were selected, and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses in Library management was investigated. Results After improvement, the overall satisfaction of medical staff in the management of library management was improved significantly. Conclusion Improving the management system and improving the comprehensive quality of personnel can effectively improve the efficiency of hospital library management.
