摘要
目的:探讨透明质酸注射导致血管栓塞的早期信号及防治,提高从业人员对于透明质酸注射并发症的防范意识。方法:回顾性分析2例透明质酸注射填充鼻唇沟后出现血管栓塞的早期临床表现、解剖机制、病因分析及处理措施。结果:出现血管栓塞指征时,按照"溶酶-热敷-扩血管-高压氧-防感染"的急救措施,可逆转出现的并发症。结论:注射医师应重视注射并发症,熟悉注射区域解剖结构,掌握注射层次和部位,对于预防并发症至关重要。
Objective To improve the prevention awareness of the complications of hyaluronic acid injection by analyzing the prevention and treatment of vascular embolism by injection of hyaluronic acid. Methods The early clinical manifestations, anatomical mechanism, etiological analysis and treatment measures of the vascular embolism caused by hyaluronic acid injection of nasolabial fold were analyzed retrospectively in two cases. Results When the indications of vascular embolism are present, the risk of complications was gradually decreased by the first aid measures of＂ hyaluronic acid lysozyme - fomentation - vasodilation - hyperbaric oxygen - anti-infection＂. Conclusion The doctors should pay attention to the complications of injection, It is very important for the prevention of complications to be familiar with the anatomic structure of injection area, and master the injection level and site.
