摘要
当前,我国企业集团举办高职院校的创新模式在不断探索,但企业集团与企业办高职院校在协同发展中凸显诸多问题,针对问题深入探讨两者在战略、管理机制、资源、技术创新和人才培养模式等五个方面如何进行协同发展,进而设计协同发展模型,提出促进两者协同发展的对策和建议。
At present,the innovation mode held in higher vocational colleges in our country continues to explore,but enterprise groups and enterprise in vocational colleges highlight many problems in collaborative development. It is aiming at the problem of in-depth analysis both in strategy,management mechanism,resources,technology innovation and personnel training to five aspects of mode of collaborative development and design the collaborative development model. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote coordinated development.
