摘要
目的:以福州总医院为中心,以新一代信息技术为支撑,构建互联网化、患者参与、分级协同的新型医疗服务体系,推动医院从内涵到外延的全面发展,使我院迈向互联网化智能医院。方法:利用移动互联网、云计算、可穿戴式设备等新一代技术与新商业模式,"以患者为中心"构建统一的区域数据中心,开发网上诊疗系统、医患服务系统、医联体服务系统,将院内对外资源在开放平台上进行整合,实现资源统一对外管理、接入渠道统一管理、患者统一管理等。结果:平台结合线上线下业务,打通患者就医过程中的诊前、诊中、诊后业务流程,形成"以患者为中心"的闭环健康管理,大大缓解"三长一短"问题,提升患者诊疗体验。结论:"互联网+医疗健康"势不可挡,实体医院应该主动拥抱互联网,为各类健康需求人群提供随时随地的服务。
Objective： Taking FuZzhou Genersl Hostpital as the center and with the new generation of information technology as the support to build a new type of hierarchical coordination of medical service system, which is Internet and the patients can participate in, so asto promote the all-round development of the hospital from connotation to extension, and help the hospital move toward Internet intelligent hospital. Methods： Using mobile Internet, cloud computing and wearable devices with the new business model, a new generation of technologies such as ＂taking patients as the center＂ to build a unified regional data center, the development of couplet of online diagnosis system, medical service system, medical service system, the hospital on the open platform integrating external resources, to realize the unified foreign resources management, unified management, unified management of patients with access channels. Results： Platform combining with the online business, in the process of medical treatment to patients after before and in medical diagnosis, clinical business processes, form a ＂patient centered＂ closed loop health management, greatly alleviate the ＂three long and one short＂ problem, improving patients diagnosis and treatment experience. Conclusion： The ＂Internet plus health＂ trend is unstoppable, and physical hospitals should embrace the Internet and offer services anywhere and anytime for healthy people.
