摘要
某多轴超重型试验平台大功率分动器在进行疲劳耐久试验时发生断齿问题。针对失效齿轮开展了全面问题分析,对齿轮强度、轴和箱体刚度、齿轮齿形和齿向精度、表面热处理等可能导致齿轮损坏的原因进行了逐一分析,最终定位为齿轮齿面磨削烧伤,造成齿面硬度降低,接触疲劳强度下降,发生提前失效破坏。在改进工作中,修改了齿轮齿面的磨削加工工艺,并增加了100%的磨削烧伤监测,经改进后的大功率分动器通过了疲劳耐久试验。
In the multi -axis super- heavy -duty test platform, the high -power transfer ease has the problem of broken teeth dr, ring fatigue enduranee. The comprehensive analysis is carried out on the failure gears, the causes of gear damage, such as gear strength, shaft and box stiffness, gear tooth profile and toottl orientation precision, surface heat treatment, etc. are analyzed one by one, and finally it is positioned as the gear tooth surfaee grinding burns, resulting in reduced hardness of the tooth surface, eontact fatigue strength decreased, the occurrence of premature failure damage. In the improvement work, the grinding process of the gear tooth surface is modified, and 100% grinding burn monitoring is added. The improved high - power transfer ease passed the fatigue endurance test.
