摘要
采用真空热压烧结法制备石墨烯/镁复合材料,研究石墨烯含量、混料时间及热轧后时效处理对石墨烯/镁复合材料显微组织的影响。结果表明:石墨烯含量为1.5%时,镁基复合材料的组织更加均匀,无明显的石墨烯团聚;随着混料时间的延长,石墨烯在镁基体中的分散均匀性得到提高;热变形能够细化石墨烯/镁复合材料的显微组织,350℃下热处理3h有利于组织均匀性的改善。
By vacuum hot pressing sintering, graphene reinforced magnesium matrix com- posite was prepared. The influences on the microstructure of graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composite from content of graphene, mixing time and aging treatment after hot roll- ing were researched. The results show that the microstructure of 1.5 % vol. graphene rein, forced magnesium matrix composite is more uniform without obvious and large -sized gra- phene reunite;with the extension of mixing time, the dispersion uniformity of graphene in magnesium matrix is improved; the microstructure of graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composite could be detailed by hot rolling and refined at 350℃ for 3h.
