摘要
利用能量回收气隙式膜蒸馏组件浓缩氢氧化钠溶液,研究了进料温度、流速、浓度对膜通量、造水比和截留率的影响.结果表明,膜通量和造水比随着进料温度T_3升高而增大,随着进料浓度的增加而减小;料液流量增加时膜通量增大,造水比降低.当料液浓度为110g/L,进料温度T_1为40.0℃,T_3为95.0℃、流量为15L/h时,膜通量为6.3kg/(m^2·h),造水比为5.1,截留率可达99.9%.
An experimental investigation was carried out on concentrating sodium hydroxide solution by using energy-recovery air-gap membrane distillation modul. The effects of the feed temperature, feed flow rate and feed concentration on the water permeat flux.water performance ratio (GOR) and rejection were studied. The experimental results showed that the water permeat flux and GOR were increased with increasing the feed temperature and reduced with increasing the feed concentratiom The water permeat flux was increased with increasing the feed flow rate, but GOR was reduced; When the feed concentration was 110 g/L,the feed temperature(T1)was 40. 0 ℃,Ta was 95.0℃ and the feed flow flux was 15 L/h, then the water permeat flux was up to 6. 3 kg/(m2·h), GOR was 5. 1 and the rejection was 99. 9%.
