摘要
目的探讨高压氧辅助治疗对老年脑出血患者预后及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2016年1月我院收治的老年脑出血患者80例为研究对象,采用信封分组法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予降低颅内压、营养神经等常规治疗;研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗。治疗前及治疗后6个月采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、简化FMA(SFMA)、Barthel评分评定患者情况,用简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)调查评定患者的生活质量。结果治疗前两组患者GCS、SFMA、Barthel评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,研究组患者GCS、SFMA、Barthel评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者生理职能、社会职能、健康状况、情感职能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,高压氧辅助治疗可显著改善老年脑出血患者颅脑缺氧状态,促进脑组织和神经功能修复,改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on prognosis and quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were divided into study group and control group according to envelope grouping method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, such as reduce intraeranial pressure, nutritional nerve; and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the conventional treatment. The Glasgow Coma Scale （ GCS）, Simplified FMA （SFMA） and Barthel Score were used to evaluate the patients＇ condition before and after treatment, the quality of life of patients was assessed by the Simple Health Questionnaire （SF-36）. Results There were no significant differences in GCS, SFMA and Barthel scores between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After 6 months of treatment, the scores of GCS, SFMA, Barthel in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the scores of physiological functions, social functions, health status and emotional function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of the conventional treatment, hyperbaric oxygen in the treament of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the state of brain hypoxia, promote the repair of brain tissue and nerve function, and improve the prognosis and quality of life, with high clinical value.
