摘要
材料的选择是压力容器制造中需要重点考虑的因素,材料采购以及后续检验的好坏等都会影响到压力容器的制造质量、容器使用的时长以及运行的安全性等。因此,文章对压力容器制造材料的管理进行深入的分析,包括材料的采购、验收、保管、回收等管理,这些都是压力容器制造中的重要环节,也是材料质量管理中的主要内容。
The choice of materials is the key factor to consider in the pressure vessel manufacturing. The material procurement and follow-up inspection will affect the quality of the pressure vessel manufacturing, the length of the use of containers and the safety of operation and so on. Therefore, this paper in-depth analyzes the materials management of pressure vessel manufacturing, including material procurement, acceptance, storage, recycling and other management, which are important link of pressure vessel manufacturing, and also the main contents of material quality management.
