摘要
以具有较大长细比反应器的某石化装置钢结构框架为对象,利用脉动法对框架动力特性、反应器的振动特性及结构的动力响应进行了测试,分析框架振动异常原因。构造激励波,采用ANSYS软件对设备、结构作整体有限元模型分析,提出合理处治方案,并与实测结果进行对比。结果表明,支撑在钢框架上的具有较高长细比的设备,生产期间因设备内部物料状态的改变引起的设备及支撑框架的振动,设计时宜做反应器和框架整体动力分析和评价。
A petrochemical steel structure frame with a reactor of large slenderness ratio was taken as the research object,and the pulsating method was employed in testing of dynamic characteristics of the frame,the vibration performance of reactor and the dynamic response of the frame,to analyze the causes of abnormal vibration of the frame. Excitation wave was composed and ANSYS program was used to conduct unitary finite element model analysis on the reactor and frame.Reasonable treatment plan was put forward,and results were compared with the field measured results. Results show that there appear responses in device with large slenderness ratio and supporting steel frame caused by the material status changing within the equipment during production,and unitary dynamic analysis and evaluation should be done in design.
