摘要 本文针对高压断路器分合闸动作电压和动作时间不合格的问题,研究了分合闸线圈行程与断路器动作电压和动作时间之间的关系。通过理论分析表明,断路器线圈铁心间隙与分合闸动作电压成正比,铁心顶杆行程与断路器分合闸电压和动作时间成反比,在断路器机构没有出现明显问题的情况下,通过对铁心间隙和铁心顶杆行程的调整能够改善断路器分合闸动作电压和动作时间,使其恢复到合格范围内,从而消除缺陷,并通过实际案例证实了该结论。最后,提出了预防断路器分合闸电压和时间不合格的一些措施。 In order to solve the problem of high voltage breaker unqualified operating voltage and time,the relationship between the opening and closing coil core's stroke and breaker operating voltage and time are studied. Analysis showed that, within a certain range breaker coil core's gap is proportional to operating voltage, breaker coil core's stroke is inversely proportional to breaker operating voltage and time. By adjusting the breaker coil core's gap and stroke can improve breaker operating voltage and time to make them back into the acceptable range, thereby eliminating defects. This conclusion has been confirmed by the actual case. Finally, some measures have been proposed to prevent the problem of high voltage breaker unqualified operating voltage and time.
