摘要
徐州某商业建筑由于紧邻湖边,设防等级不足、设计材料不合规范等原因导致地下室建造过程中出现严重渗漏,需要维修处理。经过对原防水设计进行升级,底板增设一道水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,侧墙采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材组成的复合防水层进行整体翻修,施工后该地下室未再发生过渗漏现象。
A commercial building in Xuzhou, which is adjacent to the lake, has serious leakage in the construction of the basement due to inadequate waterproofing class and poor design materials, which needs maintenance and treatments. The original waterproofing design is upgraded: CCCW coating is added for floor, composite waterproofing layer of non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating and self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is used for renovation of side wails. No further leakage occurred in the basement after maintenance.
